These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at concreteapachejunction.com and your engagement with the services provided by Apache Junction Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By accessing this website or contacting us to request services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are requesting services on behalf of a property owner or business, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Apache Junction Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveway building, patio construction, foundation work, stamped concrete, sidewalk installation, retaining walls, and related services in Apache Junction, AZ and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the terms of a written agreement between you and Apache Junction Concrete.
All estimates are free and provided without obligation unless stated otherwise. A written estimate outlines the scope of work, materials, labor, and pricing. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified in writing.
Estimates may be revised if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit, if the scope of work changes at your request, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start date. Any change to the scope or price will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Verbal representations about pricing are not binding. Only written estimates and signed agreements constitute a commitment on our part.
Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit timelines, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will provide you with a start date and communicate any changes as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or permits have been pulled may result in fees to cover those costs. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to unsafe weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, or high winds, at no additional charge to you.
Payment terms are specified in your written agreement. In general, a deposit may be required to secure your project on the schedule. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your estimate or agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Arizona law. We reserve the right to suspend or cease work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
To allow us to complete your project safely and on schedule, you agree to:
Where permits are required for your project, we will apply for them on your behalf as part of the project. Permit fees are typically passed through to you at cost and will be included in your written estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by municipal permit processing times. All work performed by Apache Junction Concrete will comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
We stand behind our workmanship. If a defect in our work becomes apparent within a reasonable period following project completion, contact us and we will assess the issue. Normal concrete characteristics - including minor surface crazing, color variation, and hairline cracks from curing - are not defects and are not covered under any warranty.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper use, failure to follow post-installation care instructions, acts of nature, soil movement beyond what was assessed at the time of installation, or modifications made by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apache Junction Concrete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project to which the claim relates.
